1. Overview

Artiome™ gift cards are available for purchase in various denominations exclusively through our website at https://www.artiome.com.

All gift cards are digital and delivered via email to the designated recipient upon purchase.

2. How to Use

Gift cards can be used to purchase any product available on our website.

Apply the unique gift card code at checkout to redeem.

If your order total exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount can be paid using another payment method.

If your order total is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance will stay on the card for future use.

3. Validity

Artiome™ gift cards do not expire and will remain available for use at your convenience.

4. Refunds & Transfers

Gift cards are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-transferable once purchased (see Return and Refund Policy).

They are not redeemable for cash or credit, except where required by law.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Compromised Cards

If your gift card code is lost, stolen, or used without your permission, please contact our support team as soon as possible at info@artiome.com. While Artiome™ is not liable for lost or unauthorized use, we may be able to assist if you provide proof of purchase and identity.

6. Balance Inquiries

You can check your remaining balance at any time by logging into your Artiome™ account or by contacting our customer support team.

Gift card transactions are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your personal information is always protected with your privacy in mind.
